Looking for Support?

In order to serve our customers better, we have introduced a ticketing system where customers can log in a ticket to notify us of an issue.

Existing users, please visit our MojoHelpdesk to log in your support issue.

Depending on your support SLA with us, our support team will respond accordingly.

Email Support

Besides entering a ticket via MojoHelpdesk, you can also email your queries to support [ at ] point-star.net. If you’re looking to purchase a support package from us, please email our sales team at sales [ at ] point-star.net. We offer email support services that can help provide answers to our customers on time.

Phone Support

We provide first line phone support for our clients within agreed SLA targets and to a level that ensures all incidents that do not require a visit are resolved over the phone at the first point of contact.

Telephone support for customers starts from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (Singapore time) Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays.

Onsite Support

We provide superior onsite technical support on a short or long term basis. We have accumulated an invaluable technical knowledge base and have developed industry methodologies and best practices.
