We implement a systematic 3-Stage Approach -

1. Pre-Project Discovery

At this stage, we aim to set the groundwork necessary before a smooth implementation can be accomplished. We achieve this through the following steps -

• Strategy consultation – What is your end goal? How do you want to go about implementing the changes?
• Needs assessment – What are your company’s real needs? Which points in your internal processes are mission-critical?
• Blueprinting – How will your desired Cloud Infrastructure look like? What are the steps we need to take to realize it?

2. Project Implementation

At this stage, we will follow the Blueprint crafted in the previous phase to ensure a quick, efficient and smooth transition and implementation, without affecting or delaying your current processes. We achieve this through -

• Setup – Setting up the necessary accounts and spaces in the Cloud and laying the foundations for the Cloud Infrastructure.
• Migration – Moving your data from your present system to the Cloud.
• Configuration – Crafting the Cloud Infrastructure to ensure smooth flow of data and processes.

Where necessary, we will also execute the following steps -

• Integration – Integration of your new Cloud systems with legacy applications.
• Developing Custom Apps – Developing custom apps on Cloud platforms that bridge the gaps between your new Cloud platforms.

3. Post-Implementation Period

Finally at this stage, our team will move on to provide ongoing service that will ensure user satisfaction of the new Cloud systems.

• Support - Providing End User and Administrator support by phone, email and on-site.
• Training - Administrator and End User Training of Cloud systems.
• Managed Services – Outsourced total management of Cloud systems.
• Change Management – Conducting End User communication in order to assist them in adapting to the new system.

Authorized Accreditations

An important pillar of our approach is to have our team accredited by the principals who provide these technologies. Having been the first Google Apps Authorized Reseller in Singapore, we have went on to clinch more accreditations such as Postini Authorized Reseller, Amazon Web Services Solution Provider, amongst many others.

These accreditations require constant maintenance through regular continual training, assessments and knowledge transfer. We invest a great deal of time and effort on developing to ensure we are able to provide a high quality of service to our clients.
